On March 15th, the animation anthology “Love, Death + Robot” premieres in Netflix

When Netflix made known that the cartoon anthology of David Fincher (Seven, The Game, Fight Club, Zodiac, The Social Network) and Tim Miller (Deadpool, Terminator: Dark Fate) called “Love, Death + Robots” is unsuitable for minors, he was not joking.

The title of the series is perfectly suitable, since if you watch the fast-paced trailer you will see that there are “erotic” scenes with robots but also several scenes with bloody clashes, deaths and amputations.

The series will consist of 18 short stories of science fiction, horror, fantasy or comedy lasting from 5 to 15 minutes – with a total duration of just over three hours – for which various artists – sketchographers with different styles, traditional 2D animation, up to 3D animation and CGI, etc. The stories will cover various topics, ranging from racism, governments and war to free will and human nature.

Although Netflix has not known any details about the episodes, Netflix has announced that we can expect cyborg bounty hunters, robots with “empathy”, werewolf soldiers, sexy cyborgs, hell-blooded demons, alien spiders and so on.

The series will be premiered on March 15 and, if successful, may pave the way for more adult animation series in the well-known video streaming service.
